Mixed Feelings About This Resort

The room's air conditioning was not effective. It struggled to cool the space adequately. I also found the evening entertainment to be repetitive and lacking in variety. These issues detracted from an otherwise satisfactory stay. I expected better, considering the hotel's rating. The entertainment needs an upgrade.

I found the aqua park had enough slides and a smaller area for younger children. The buffet restaurants and a la carte restaurants offered tasty food. Romani, who worked on the beach, was attentive and ensured I had drinks.
The illumination in the bathroom seemed insufficient, and the room lacked adequate lighting for reading.

the staff provided really good service and friendliness (i especially liked the attentive pool service). the heated pool was enjoyable. the food offered great variety and taste. late checkout was a convenient benefit.
i booked a superior double room, but received a twin room. the beds were pushed together with a quilt over both. the manager mentioned no double rooms had a garden view (this was what i booked).

FABULOUS experience AGAIN!
heated swimming poolgreat varietytwin room
i enjoyed my stay so much. The buffet always had great variety and quality. Being february, you can get few colder days and the heated swimming pool is gold. i also enjoyed that the beach is great and doing Snorkelling here is amazing.
i booked a superior double room and got a twin room. i complained and got beds pushed together with a quilt over the top of both beds. the manager stated there are no double rooms with a garden view. but that is what i booked.
